In 2019, the first match in Osaka was a singles match between Jamie and Bobby. Jamie disrupted the pace of the match from the start, even going outside the ring. Bobby fought back with roll-ups and elbows, but Jamie attacked with a lariat and a backbreaker, and finally secured the three-count with a move where he dropped Bobby's back onto his knees from a brainbuster position

The third match of the tournament was between Oedo Tai's Kagetsu, Hazuki, and Natsu vs. JAN's Jungle Kyona, Tora Natsuko, and Ruaka. Kagetsu and Kyona were both aware of each other as this was a prelude to the red belt match. Natsuko and Ruaka took turns attacking Natsu. JAN launched a combined attack. Oedo Tai also showed off a combined attack not to be outdone. Kagetsu attacked Kyona's right arm. Kyona hit Kagetsu with a lariat despite her injured right arm. Ruaka delivered a series of big boots to Natsu. Oedo Tai launched a train attack. Then, as Ruaka ran to the ropes, Natsu rolled her up for the finish
Post-match microphone
Kagetsu: "How are you guys in Osaka? One more time. Are you doing well? Great. Happy New Year. We had a daytime and nighttime show, which is typical of Osaka. Natsu-san successfully advanced through the first round of the tournament, but putting that aside, Jungle Kyona. Today was the last preliminary match before her title match at Korakuen Hall on January 14th, but as you can see, she didn't achieve any results. That's why Kagetsu-sama's voices of support are louder. What's with that face? If you're upset, say something."
Screaming Woman: "The result will be delivered on January 14th at Korakuen Hall. That's all that matters. Kagetsu said the other day that she deliberately lost to me at last month's Korakuen Hall. There must be a reason why she had to say she deliberately lost. I know why. I think the audience who were watching also know. In this preliminary match, wasn't it Kagetsu who was running away? I'm not running or hiding, and at the next Korakuen Hall, I'm going to tear your heart, body, and pride to shreds and take that red belt from you."
Kagetsu: "Well, anyone can say anything with their mouth. I used to be like that too. But it's meaningless if you don't get results. Someone who's only focused on the title match in the main event at Korakuen Hall on January 14th can't wear this red belt. Oh well, I guess Korakuen Hall is irrelevant to you guys in Osaka. The Edion show on January 27th is more important to you guys, right? I'll defend the title properly and the president will prepare an interesting opponent for the Edion show, so please look forward to it. Now, we have another show tonight, so let's go home."

Hoshiki and Nakano launched a combined attack. Konami and Hoshiki exchanged kicks. Konami delivered a German suplex. Nakano hit Konami with a back drop. Konami and Momo launched a coordinated attack, and AZM rolled her up for the pin. STARS threw QQ out of the ring, and Kashima did a plancha. AZM was brought back into the ring, and Nakano's German suplex got the two count. Nakano hit AZM with a diving double knee drop followed by a Violet Shooting for the win. After the match, Momo and Nakano grappled
Post-match microphone
Nakano: "Happy New Year everyone in Osaka. Thank you so much for choosing to come see Stardom despite your busy New Year's schedules. But I'm sure you're thinking it's still not quite enough. Because only half of today is over. There's a three-person tag team tournament until tonight, so please come and watch. We, STARS, will continue to shape the future of Stardom this year and in 2019. We're definitely going to win, so please come and see us. Thank you. There's still half left... It's tough. It's really tough. But we can do our best because of your support. Believe in the present and shine tomorrow. We Are STARDOM."
